Our Story
From pattern-matching to large language models
Leadux was originally founded in 2015 in Berlin with a bold idea: automate the parts of lead generation that no one had attempted to automate before. We built a system that crawled websites, understood page content, and engaged visitors in conversation -- all before AI was commercially viable.
The technology was ahead of its time. We used hand-crafted databases and pattern-matching algorithms to simulate intelligent conversation. It worked, but it was limited by what we could manually encode.
Now, we are rebuilding Leadux with large language models. The conversational lead generation model we originally envisioned is finally achievable -- the AI genuinely understands language, context, and intent. What once required months of database curation now happens in a single API call.
Today, Leadux is based in Konstanz, Germany, and we are focused on helping professional service businesses -- healthcare clinics, law firms, real estate agencies, financial advisors -- convert more visitors through natural, friction-free conversation.
